At Galen Leather, we take pride in our handmade craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your leather goods aren't quite right, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all certificates, protective pouches, and any promotional gifts that were included with the order.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our workshop using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
